How Hey Aircon started

My brother runs a co-living business, multiple apartments, aircon issues almost every week. Leaking units, poor cooling, the usual.
We worked with a lot of companies over the years and the experience was almost always the same: unclear pricing, jobs that got expensive once the technician was already inside, and customers too intimidated to ask questions. That didn't sit right with us.
So we started Hey Aircon to be the company we wished existed. Flat pricing upfront, honest recommendations, and a service where you can ask anything without feeling pressured.
